And the practice of mindfulness helps us to recognize this conditions of happiness that are available. Thai With the practice of mindful breathing we can recognize the fact that we have more conditions of happiness that we need.

Having eyes still in good condition is one of the conditions of happiness that are available.

There is a paradise of forms and colors available. Thai

So mindfulness helps us to be aware of that condition of happiness and that can make us happy right away. Thai

I know that my heart still functions normally. Thai There are those who do not have a normal heart like ours.

When we walk, if we are aware that we still have strong feet to walk, to run and to jump, we know that we have another condition of happiness available.

So a good teacher, a good school teacher not only knows how to take care of a painful feeling, a painful emotion, but she also knows how to create moments of happiness for her nourishment and healing. Thai And then, when the schoolteacher has had enough of peace and joy and happiness, she can go to the other person and help him or her to do the same.

There must be some tension, some pain, some fear, some suffering in that person Thai and that person does not know yet how to handle the suffering in him or in her.

With the practice he or she can make her family into a good base of operation before she can go and make the happiness of the society, of her school, of her class. Thai

Thai There is a lot of violence, of anger, in him. Thai
