It shall enter into force on the date of entry into force of the Agreement.

The members of the Commission shall exchange information on the activities of fishing vessels flying the flags of non parties to this Convention which are engaged in fishing operations in the Convention Area.

The Agreement shall also apply to measures taken by any state, regional or local authorities within the territories of the Parties.

This Agreement shall be applied provisionally from the date of its signature.

Termination of the Agreement shall be notified to the other Party in writing and shall take effect six months after receipt of the notification, unless the Parties decide by common accord to extend this period.

Article 15

Article 41
